By using Raka (the "App"), you agree to these terms.

1. What Raka is

Raka is an AI-powered spiritual companion app that provides tarot readings, astrology insights, and reflective conversations. It is for entertainment and self-reflection only.

2. Who can use Raka

You must be at least 18 years old. By using the app, you confirm you are 18+.

3. Your account

You sign in with Apple, Google, or as a guest. You're responsible for keeping your device secure. Don't share your account or impersonate someone else.

4. Subscriptions

Raka offers optional subscriptions (Plus, Mystic) via Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel through your platform's subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies — we don't issue refunds directly.

If you subscribe in a free-trial period, you can cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

5. AI-generated content

Raka's responses, daily readings, tarot interpretations, past-life portraits, spirit guides, etc. are generated by AI models (Anthropic Claude and others). They are not:

6. Crisis intervention

If you mention self-harm, suicidal thoughts, abuse, or crisis in the app, Raka will surface a screen with mental-health resources. Raka is not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger, call 988 (US), Samaritans 116 123 (UK), or your local emergency number now.

7. Data and privacy

Your privacy matters. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and how to delete it.

8. Acceptable use

9. Intellectual property

All app content, design, code, and AI-generated outputs accessed through Raka are owned by us or licensed to us. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raka and its makers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. You use the app at your own risk.

11. Termination

You can stop using Raka any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in those courts.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll show you in-app before the changes take effect.
